FULL-TIME KEY CARRIER (Automtove/Hardware)

Bomgaars is seeking a responsible, motivated individual with Key Carrier experience. The position oversees the Automotive and Hardware departments. The Key Carrier position offers an opportunity to provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Agriculture background
  • Product knowledge 
  • Retail and management experience preferred but training available
  • Computer skills
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be available to work flexible shifts - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
  • Opening and closing the store/balancing cash drawers
  • General Sales Clerk duties to ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Cashiering/Cash Handling
  • Freight handling/Forklift operation
  • Customer load outs
  • Handling phone calls

Starting wage is $14.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package.
