FULL-TIME SALES ASSOCIATES
Bomgaars is seeking responsible, motivated, friendly individuals to join the team in Rock Valley, IA. Sales Associate positions offer the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Product knowledge
- Detail oriented/Able to multi-task
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted on a reqular basis, standing for long periods of time
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, every other Saturday (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Freight handling/forklift operation (willing to learn)
- Sales
- Ensure departments/store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
- Other tasks as assigned
Starting wage is $13.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package
