FULL-TIME DEPARTMENT LEAD

Bomgaars is seeking a motivated and responsible individual to fill a Department Lead position. Position is a full-time Cashier who also oversees the Pantry/Food department. Position offers an opportunity to provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Cashier experience preferred
  • Product knowledge
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers
  • Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
  • Scan and bag items for customers
  • Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and department
  • Handling phone calls
  • Assisting Customers with product selection 

Starting wage is $15.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package.
