PART-TIME CASHIER

Bomgaars is seeking friendly and outgoing individuals to join the team at Basehor, KS. Cashier positions offer the opportunity to provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

·         Cashier experience preferred 

·         Ability to multi-task

·         Detail oriented

·         Self-motivated

·         Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time

·         Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

·         Must be available to work flexible schedules – days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities:

·         Greet and welcome customers

·         Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately

·         Scan and bag items for customers

·         Maintain a clean, organized checkout area

·         Promote store loyalty programs/special promotions

·         Handling phone calls

Starting wage is $14.00 per hour
