SEASONAL SALES ASSOCIATE (Greenhouse)
Bomgaars is looking for an individual who likes working outside to fill a Seasonal Sales Associate position in the Plants/Nursery department. Join the team at Chariton, IA!
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Agriculture background
- Product knowledge - plants, trees, and flowers
- Willing to work outside for extended time periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs on a reqular basis
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Freight Handling
- Sales
- Ensure department is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
- Other tasks as assigned
Starting wage range is $13.00 per hour
