FULL-TIME DEPARTMENT LEAD (Livestock/Pets)

Bomgaars is seeking a motivated and responsible individual to fill a Department Lead position in the Livestock and Pet departments. The position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Product knowledge
  • Agriculture background
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis with bending and squating
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities

  • Freight handling/forklift operation (varying weather conditions)
  • Cashier
  • Sales
  • Handling phone calls
  • Assisting Customers with product selection and loadouts

Starting wage is $15.00per hour, based on experience, with a comprehensive Benefit package.
