FULL-TIME DEPARTMENT LEAD

Bomgaars is seeking to hire a Department Lead in the Clothing department. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Retail Clothing knowledge
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis with bending and squating
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities

  • Freight handling/forklift operation
  • Cashier
  • Sales
  • Handling phone calls
  • Assisting Customers with product selection and loadouts

Starting wage is $15.00 per hour, based on experience, with a comprehensive Benefit package.
