FULL-TIME DEPARTMENT LEADS (Remodels)

Bomgaars is looking for self-motivated and responsible individuals. Department Lead (Remodel) positions offer the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, assist customers, and help with remodel of the store(s).

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Agriculture background/Product knowledge
  • Administrative skills to handle paperwork and record keeping
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
  • Must be open and flexible to help at this store with remodel projects as well as travel to other stores as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Remodel projects as assigned by Store Manager
  • Freight handling/forklift operation
  • Cashier
  • Sales
  • Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
  • Handling phone calls
  • Other tasks as assigned

Starting wage is $14.50 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package.
