FULL-TIME DEPARTMENT LEAD (Greenhouse)

Bomgaars is looking for a motivated and responsible individual with Garden Center or Greenhouse experience. Now Hiring to fill a Department Lead position.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Agriculture background/Knowledge of plants and trees
  • Administrative skills to handle paperwork and record keeping
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities:

  • Freight handling/forklift operation
  • Cashier
  • Sales
  • Ensure department/store is clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
  • Handling phone calls
  • Other tasks as assigned

Starting wage is $15.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package.
