FULL-TIME SALES ASSOCIATES (Remodels)

Are you motivated, have a positive attitude, responsible and want to provide excellent customer service? The Bomgaars Team in Parsons, KS is hiring to fill full-time Sales Associate (Remodels) positions.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Agriculture background
  • Product knowledge
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules - days and evenings (shift premium paid for working weekends)
  • Based on Company needs, must be flexible and open to help at this store with remodel projects as well as travel to other Kansas stores

Responsibilities:

  • Remodel projects as assigned by Store Manager
  • Freight handling/forklift operation
  • Sales
  • Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
  • Handling phone calls

Starting wage range is $12.50 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package
