FULL-TIME KEY CARRIERS 

Bomgaars is seeking motivated, responsible individuals with Key Carrier experience. Position openings in Operations and Seasonal departments. Key Carrier positions offer the opportunity to provide excellent customer service.

Operations department: Oversees Cashiers, signage and pricing, and all promotions in the store. Will train to become a backup Receiver.

Seasonal department: Oversees the outdoors, power equipment, greenhouse, and assembly of merchandise.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Agriculture background
  • Product knowledge
  • Retail/Supervisor experience required
  • Computer skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be available to work flexible shifts - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
  • Opening and closing the store/balancing cash drawers
  • General Sales Clerk duties to ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Cashiering/Cash Handling
  • Freight handling/Forklift operation
  • Customer load outs
  • Handling phone calls

Starting wage is $16.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package
