FULL-TIME SPORTING GOODS DEPARTMENT LEAD

Bomgaars is looking for a motivated and responsible individual with Sporting Goods/Firearms experience. Now Hiring a Sporting Goods Department Lead at the Gardner, KS store.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Subject to an applicable background check
  • ATF Compliance and sale of new firearms general knowledge/experience
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities:

  • Freight handling/forklift operation
  • Cashier
  • Sales
  • Handling phone calls
  • Assisting Customers with product selection and loadouts

Starting wage is $16.50 per hour, based on experience, with a comprehensive Benefit package
