HR/PAYROLL SPECIALIST
Bomgaars is seeking a detail oriented HR/Payroll Specialist to join our team. As an HR/Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organization.
Individuals will work at the Corporate Office in Sioux City, IA or Moberly, MO - Full-time Hours - Monday through Friday (no remote work)
Responsibilites:
- Processing payroll using ADP software
- Process and review payroll data, including salary adjustments, overtime, and bonuses
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with the entire HR team to ensure seamless integration of payroll data
- Generate reorts and analyses related to payroll metrics
- Process terminations
- On-site new hire orientation and paperwork (Moberly Office and DC)
- Cross-train and fill in as needed within the HR department
Individual should possess the following:
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional and effective communication skills to interact with employees and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus
Starting wage is $17.00 per hour (based on experience) with a comprehensive Benefit package
