It comes with straight and serrated blades, allowing you to make precise cuts for any fibrous meats and cheeses. This slicer can slice as thin as 0" or as thick as 0.625" and any thickness in-between, making it perfect for ultra-thin slices or thicker cuts of beef, chicken breast, dried salami, jerky slices, or even cheese. A plastic food pusher is included to keep your hands free and clear of the blade. The stainless steel blade turns at 68 RPM and the suggested max run time is 10 minutes. Another great feature of the MightyBite Slicer is how quiet it is, making it perfect for use in any setting. And when it comes time to clean up, the slicer easily disassembles, including the easy-to-remove blade, without the need for tools for cleaning, making it simple to wipe down and store away until your next use.
