Bomgaars is seeking friendly, customer service oriented individuals with retail experience to work evening and weekend schedules. Positions offer an opportunity to work in various departments throughout the store and the frontend to operate a cash register.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Agriculture background/Product knowledge
  • Retail Sales/Cashier experience preferred
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Organizational skills/Detail oriented
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules - evenings and weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome customers
  • Cashier/Handle transactions accurately (cash, credit cards, debit cards, checks)
  • Scan, bag, and issue receipts to customers
  • Sales/Stocking/Recovery
  • Freight handling/Forklift operation/Merchandising the sales floor
  • Promote store loyalty programs/special promotions/coupon redemption
  • Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
  • Handling phone calls

*Pre-employment drug screen required

Starting wage is $10.00 per hour
