Bomgaars is seeking motivated, responsible individuals with retail experience to fill a Department Lead positions. Position openings in Automotive, Feed, Hardware, and Sporting Goods departments. 

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Product knowledge -automotive, feed, hardware, sporting goods
  • Retail experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Motivated
  • Administrative skills to handle paperwork and record keeping
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs on a regular basis 
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and rotating weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities:

  • Freight handling/forklift operation/manual pallet jack (varying outside elements)
  • Merchandising the sales floors
  • Sales/Cashier/Recovery
  • Ensure department/store is clean, organized, and well stocked
  • General cleaning of the bathrooms and operating the floor scrubber machine
  • Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
  • Handling phone calls
  • Other tasks as assigned

Starting wage is $13.00 per hour
