FULL-TIME and PART-TIME SALES ASSOCIATES (Remodels)

Bomgaars is looking for motivated and responsible individuals. Sales Associate (Remodel) positions offer the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, assist customers, and help with remodel of stores.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Agriculture background
  • Product knowledge
  • Detail oriented, ability to follow directions, working alone or in a team.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
  • Must be open and flexible to help at this store with remodel projects as well as have reliable transportation to travel to other stores within the District as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Remodel projects as assigned by Store Manager
  • Freight handling/forklift operation
  • Sales
  • Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
  • Handling phone calls

Starting wage range is $15.00 per hour
