ARKANSAS | Part-Time Sales Associate (Evenings, Weekends) | Springdale

Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, customer service oriented individual with retail sales experience to work evening and weekend schedules. Position offers the opportunity to be a productive team member working in the Feed department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Agriculture background helpful
  • Product knowledge - Feed
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules - evenings and weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Freight handling/Forklift operation
  • Sales/Stocking/Recovery
  • Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
  • Handling phone calls

*Pre-employment drug screen required

Starting wage range is $12.50 per hour
