FULL-TIME SALES ASSOCIATES (Remodel)

Bomgaars is seeking motivated, responsible individuals willing to travel to other stores as needed for remodel projects. 

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Agriculture background
  • Product knowledge
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis, standing for long periods of time
  • Detail oriented, ability to follow directions, working alone or in a team
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, nights, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
  • Must be open and flexible to help at this store with remodel projects as well as have reliable transportation to travel to other stores as needed 

Responsibilities:

  • Remodel projects as assigned by Store Manager (tasks will vary)
  • Freight handling/forklift operation
  • Sales
  • Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
  • Handling phone calls

Starting wage range is $15.00 per hour
