PLACING AN ORDER

Is Buy Online Pick Up in Store available in my area? 

Buy Online Pick Up in Store is available in All Bomgaars locations.

 

Can I buy anything online and pick it up in-store?

Availability and stock might vary between stores. Additionally, not all items may be available at all stores due to limited quantities or space limitations.

Your shipping method is identified at checkout.

Products that are never available through Buy Online Pick Up in Store include items that have either government or brand restrictions, such as ammo, reloading supplies, and auto batteries. Bomgaars also chooses to not allow live animal sales, nursery goods, bulk or hazardous materials. However, you can still check the inventory of these items using the locate in store button.

All power equipment is fueled, oiled and started on location by our team members. Product is not sold in boxes. Please allow extra time and bring proper transportation. Warranty paper must be filled out at time of pick up.

 

Can I pick up some items at the store and have some items shipped to my home?

At this time, you will only be able to choose one shipping method. If you would like to designate two locations, we ask that you create a separate order.

Can I place an order over the phone for curbside pickup?

As of March 2020, Bomgaars locations have been taking phone orders. However, we encourage our customers to use Bomgaars.com now that the new site has been launched.

When will I get charged for my order?
Payment is finalized once you receive your “Order is Ready to be Picked up” email. So it’s imperative you make the plans to pick up your order within the 7 day window.

 

PICKING UP AN ORDER

Can I change how I want to Pick Up (In Store or Curbside) or add an Authorized Pick Up person?

We have added a link to your Ready for Pick up emails that will allow you to change the pick up options at any time, here is a link to make those adjustments - please fill out the BOMGAARS PICK UP OPTIONS FORM >

The credit/debit card used to order may be required for pickup verification.

 

How soon will my order be ready for pick up after I've ordered online?

Typically, this is within a four hour window. If you place your order after your local store has closed, your order should be ready by 9AM the next business day. We’ll send you an email as soon as it’s ready for you to pick up. If there are any issues with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Department.

 

Is my order ready for pick up?

As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email from us with pick-up instructions.

 

What do I need to know about picking up Power Equipment?

All power equipment is fueled, oiled and started on location by our team members. Product is not sold in boxes. Please allow extra time and bring proper transportation. Warranty paper must be filled out at time of pick up.

 

Where do I go for curbside pickup?

If you have not already designated your order for Curbside - please fill out the BOMGAARS PICK UP OPTIONS FORM >

Every Bomgaars has a little different layout. There are parking spots set aside for Curbside, once you arrive, call the phone number listed on the sign, and let them know your parking number and order number. A Bomgaars team member will verify your order, and bring out your order as soon as possible. 

You'll be asked to show some ID and order ID to confirm once we arrive at your vehicle

 

Where should I go to pick up my order once I arrive at the store?

Once you are notified that your order is ready – Please bring your “order ready for pick up” email along with proper ID to your “Pick Up Location”

Look for the “Online Order Pick Up” sign. If you are unable to find it, Ask one of our team members for help. Our Online Order Pick Up counters are typically in a central location in the store.

 

Once my order is ready, how long will it be available for pickup?

We’ll hold your order for 7 days after you receive your final confirmation email. After 7 days, we will cancel your order and begin the refund process.

 

What do I need to bring to the store to pick up my order(s)?

  • Order Number: Can be found in you’re MY ACCOUNT > section or checking ORDER STATUS >
  • and ONE of the following:

    • Valid ID - Be sure the ID is valid and has not yet expired.
    • Government - issued photo ID
    • State-issued driver's license
    • State-issued ID card
    • Military ID

The credit/debit card used to order may be required for pickup verification.

 

Is there an extra cost to buy items online and pick them up in store?
No - there is no charge for Store Pickup.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Contact Customer Service TOLL-FREE att 1-833-599-5081, Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM, to cancel any orders.

 

What if I need to return the item(s) I ordered?

Bomgaars stands behind all of its products. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Please visit our RETURN POLICY > for more information.

 

Why was my order cancelled?
Sometimes an item unexpectedly becomes unavailable. If we need to cancel an item, Bomgaars Customer Service will contact you to let you know as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
