What is the MIT Program?

The MIT Program is a full-time, paid leadership development track designed to prepare high-potential individuals for Store Manager roles at Bomgaars. You’ll train in one of our designated training stores, working alongside experienced Store and District Managers. Throughout the program, you’ll learn core aspects of retail leadership—including operations, merchandising, customer service, and people management.

Looking for a career in retail management? Are you a working manager that leads by example?

Bomgaars is looking to build our company with dedicated hardworking professionals who wish to grow in their careers. Join our team as a Manager Trainee.

Manager Trainees work under the guidance of an on-site Store Manager. The training program is designed to provide a strong knowledge of all aspects of the retail environment. This position may require relocation to one of our training stores. Relocation from the training store is a requirement after the training is successfully completed.
