OFFICIAL RULES

ELIGIBILITY.  This  (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry.

Employees & their immediate families are ineligible to win.

Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, in the states of Florida, Rhode Island, New York and Arizona, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States’ territories and possessions.  The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. 

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?

• Submit entry via the provided form.
• One entry per email address per day  - no more then 5 entries allowed total.
• ENTRY PERIOD. This Sweepstakes begins on May 1, 2025, at 12:01 AM CT and ends on March 31st, 2025, at 12:00. PM CST ("Entry Period"). The Sponsor's computer shall be the official Sweepstakes Entry Period clock.

PRIZE (s) 

• ONE – $300 Red Oak Greenhouse Certificate to be used at your local Bomgaars Store.

• ONE of TWO $250 Red Oak Greenhouse Certificates to be used at your local Bomgaars Store.

• ONE of THIRTY– $100 Red Oak Greenhouse Certificates to be used at your local Bomgaars Store.

WINNER NOTICE

• Winners will be allowed to win ONE prize during our Bomgaars Let's Celebrate Mom Contest
• Winners will be randomly chosen out of all entries.
• *** Winners will be contacted  - Red Oak Greenhouse Certificates will be mailed directly to the winner.
