Exclusively designed to fit Big Bite grinders, this attachment for meat grinders has two separate functions that can solve several needs. Use the one slicer roller to get 14 perfectly sliced strips of meat ready for the oven or dehydrator in seconds. Your strips of meat will each be 1/4" thick so that you can have consistent cuts of meat for jerky, cheesesteaks, fajitas, or whatever your use case is. If you're looking to tenderize even the toughest cuts of meat up to 1-1/4" thick, remove the easy-off top and replace the slicer roller with the other tenderizer roller. This attachment is perfect for chefs, homemakers, and culinary enthusiasts who desire to make their own foods. Our jerky attachment's chute dimensions are 1-1/4" x 4-1/2" x 6" and includes one slicer roller and two tenderizer rollers. The body is made of durable powder painted aluminum and doesn't require tools to attach or use.
