The merchandise total prior to tax calculations must meet or exceed $99 after all discounts, promotions, or coupons are applied.
If the cart does NOT meet the criteria of a 70 lb. weight limit - Surcharges and/or freight may still apply to oversized or overweight items.
Any oversized and additional shipping charges still apply.
