Footwear Defect Policy
Footwear is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials/workmanship. Below is the return schedule and credit policy for footwear found to be defective. If there is a question of abuse/wear vs. material/workmanship the product will need to be sent back to the factory for their final decision. Credit may only be taken towards a footwear purchase.
0-60 days: Replacement
60-120 days: 60% Credit
120-180 days: 40% Credit
Footwear found to have sole and upper wear due to abuse may not be returned for credit.
A DATED RECEIPT MUST ACCOMPANY ALL RETURNS FOR ANY REASON.
Due to varying individual wear and use of footwear, there is no length of wear guaranteed on uppers, stitching, eyelets or soles except where offered by the manufacturer. Warranties do not cover excessive heat such as welding sparks, burning embers , molten metal, hydraulic fluids, caustic acids, etc…
In the case of leather footwear, we suggest that protective rubber footwear be worn when exposed to animal waste, chemicals, acids, and moisture. Leather care products should always be used for longer wear. No adjustments will be made on any footwear found to be abused, untreated, or excessively worn. We cannot accept footwear that is not in a clean condition.
