Bomgaars is seeking a friendly, customer service oriented individual with retail experience. Sales Associate positions offer the opportunity to work in various departments throughout the store.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Agriculture background
  • Product knowlege
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Computer skills
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules - Monday through Sunday, 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm (shift premium paid for working weekends)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Freight handling/forklift operation
  • Weekly price changes and setting promotional ads
  • Sales/Stocking/Recovery
  • Assembly of merchandise as needed
  • Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Assisting customers with product selection, answering questions, and load outs
  • Handling phone calls

Starting wage is $14.50 per hour
