Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual with Key Carrier experience. Key Carrier is a supervisory role with operational emphasis over various areas in the store and helps the Store Manager lead a productive team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Product knowledge 
  • Retail and management experience preferred
  • Merchandising skills/experience
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Administrative and computer skills to handle paperwork
  • Detail oriented/Organizational skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis; physically demanding position
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be available to work flexible shifts - days, evenings, rotating weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store/departments to include team coaching, inventory control, and labor control
  • Opening and closing the store/balancing cash drawers
  • General Sales Clerk duties to ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Cashiering/Cash Handling
  • Freight handling - processing, breaking down, sorting, and stocking
  • Forklift operation
  • Assist customers with product selection and load outs
  • Handling phone calls
