Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual with retail experience to fill a Department Lead position. Individual is responsible for price changes, inventory, ad setting, and signage.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Product knowledge 
  • Detail oriented
  • Motivated
  • Administrative skills to handle paperwork and record keeping
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs on a regular basis 
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be available to work Monday through Friday - 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Price changes throughout the store, inventory of these products, and negative items reporting
  • Printing and hanging store specials and weekly ad signage 
  • Processing and inventory of clearance items
  • Sales/Cashier/Recovery as needed
  • Ensure department/store is clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
  • Handling phone calls
  • Other tasks as assigned

Starting wage is $15.00 per hour
