Bomgaars is seeking friendly, customer service oriented individuals with retail experience. Sales Associate positions offer the opportunity to work in the Feed department, handle freight, and be cross-trained as a Cashier.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Agriculture background/Product knowledge helpful
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends, holidays (shift premium paid for working weekends and holidays)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Freight handling/forklift operation (varying weather conditions)
  • Sales/Stocking/Recovery
  • Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately (cash, correct change credit/debit cards, and checks)
  • Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Maintain a clean, organized checkout area
  • Handle phone calls
  • Assist customers with product selection and load outs

*Pre-employment drug screen required

Starting wage is $13.00 per hour
