About the Role: Marketing Assistant
As a Marketing Assistant at Bomgaars, you'll provide essential support to the Marketing Department by keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. This role is key to ensuring invoices are processed, store requests are handled, and customer service needs are addressed - all while supporting our broader marketing initiatives across the company.
What a Day in the Life Looks Like:
- Process invoices for marketing and ecommerce, including billing vendors for contracts, coding, approving for payment, and filing.
- Fulfill store marketing materials requests for Sioux City replenishment stores.
- Handle customer service calls related to rebates, contests, and other events.
- Maintain and update store contact lists (database experience preferred but not required).
- Coordinate miscellanious print work and place reorders for paper and supplies.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.

What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- 1 - 2 years of administrative support or office experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in database maintenance preferred.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
