FULL-TIME & PART-TIME RETAIL TEAM MEMBERS

Bomgaars is seeking friendly, customer service oriented individuals with retail experience. Positions offer the opportunity to work in various departments in the store as well as Cashier.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Agriculture background/Product knowledge
  • Retail Sales/Cashier experience preferred, but training available
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Organizational skills/Detail oriented
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Greet and welcome customers
  • Cashier/Handle transactions accurately (cash, credit cards, debit cards, checks)
  • Scan, bag, and issue receipts to customers
  • Sales/Stocking/Recovery
  • Freight handling/Forklift operation/Merchandising the sales floor
  • Promote store loyalty programs/special promotions/coupon redemption
  • Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
  • Handling phone calls

Starting wage is based on experience, minimum $12.00 per hour
