FULL-TIME KEY CARRIERS
Bomgaars is seeking motivated, responsible individuals with Key Carrier experience. The position assists the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store and leading a productive team.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Agriculture background
- Product knowledge
- Retail and management experience preferred but training available
- Computer skills
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible shifts - days, evenings, and rotating weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Opening and closing the store/balancing cash drawers
- General Sales Clerk duties to ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Cashiering/Cash Handling
- Freight handling/Forklift operation
- Customer load outs
- Handling phone calls
Starting wage is $15.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package.
