MISSOURI | Full-time Department Lead | Waynesville

Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual with retail and warehouse experience to fill a Department Lead position. The individual will oversee the operations of the warehouse. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Retail and warehouse knowledge/experience
  • Product knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail/organizational skills
  • Administrative skills to complete paperwork, pricing, and record keeping
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs on a regular basis with bending and squatting
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Freight handling/forklift operation/manual pallet jack (varying outside elements)
  • Merchandising the sales floor
  • Sales/Cashier/Recovery
  • Ensure department/store is clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
  • Handling phone calls
  • Other tasks as assigned

Starting wage is $14.50 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package.
