FULL-TIME DEPARTMENT LEAD (Feed)
Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible, customer service oriented individual to fill a Department Lead position. The individual will oversee the operations of the Feed department.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Agriculture background/Product knowledge
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork and record keeping
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs on a regular basis
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and alternating weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends); 40+ hours
Responsibilities:
- Freight handling/forklift operation/manual pallet jack (varying outside elements)
- Cashier
- Sales
- Ensure department/store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
- Other tasks as assigned
Starting wage is $13.50 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package.
