FULL-TIME SPORTING GOODS SALES ASSOCIATES
Bomgaars is seeking friendly, customer service oriented individuals to fill Sales Associate positions in the Sporting Goods department. Positions are Days with shift beginning at 7:00 a.m. Sales Associate positions give individuals the opportunity to be a productive team member while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older and subject to an applicable background check
- ATF Compliance and sale of new firearms general knowledge/experience preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days with shift beginning at 7:00 a.m.
Responsibilities:
- Freight handling/forklift operation (varying weather conditions)
- Sales/Cashiering/Cash Handling
- Ensure the Sporting Goods department is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
- Other tasks as assigned
Starting wage range is $15.00 to $17.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package
