PART-TIME SALES ASSOCIATES (Evenings/Weekends)
Bomgaars is seeking friendly, customer service oriented individuals with retail experience. Positions offer the opportunity to work in various departments as well as be cross-trained to cashier and operate a register.
Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years or older
- Retail experience preferred
- Agriculture background
- Product knowledge helpful
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - evenings and weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends).
Responsibilities:
- Freight handling/forklift operation (18 years or older) - varying weather conditions
- Sales/Stocking/Recovery
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately (cash, correct change, credit/debit cards, checks)
- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area
- Ensure departments/store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
- Other tasks as assigned
*Pre-employment drug screen required
Starting wage is $10.00 to $13.00 per hour, based on experience
