FULL-TIME DEPARTMENT LEAD (Seasonal Merchandise)
Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual with retail supervisory experience to fill a Department Lead position. The individual will oversee the operations of the Seasonal Merchandise department while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Agriculture background/Product knowledge
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork, pricing, and record keeping
- Strong attention to detail/Organizational skills
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Freight handling/forklift operation/merchandising the sales floor
- Sales/Cashier/Recovery
- Ensure departments/store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
- Assisting customer with product selection and load outs
*Pre-employment drug screening required
Starting wage is $14.00 per hour
