PART-TIME CASHIERS

Bomgaars is seeking friendly, outgoing individuals with Cashier experience who can work Day or Evening shifts. Positions offer an opportunity to be a productive team member while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
-  Cashier experience preferred
-  Ability to multi-task
-  Detail oriented
-  Clear and concise communication skills
-  Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
-  Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
-  Must be available to work Days - 10:30 am to 4:30 pm or Evenings - 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities:
-  Greet and welcome customers
-  Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately (cash, correct change, credit/debit cards, and checks)
-  Scan and bag items for customers
-  Process customer returns and exchanges according to store policy
-  Promote store loyalty programs/special promotions/coupon redemption
-  Maintain a clean, organized checkout area
-  Balance cash drawers at the end of the shift
-  Handling phone calls

Starting Wage is $14.00 per hour
