We are happy to exchange or refund new, unused merchandise we’ve sold

REFUNDS WITH RECEIPTS

  • Please show cashier proper ID.
  • Please provide the cashier with your receipt  so we may record the transaction information for a prompt and accurate refund.

Payment to Customer    

  • Cash & Debit Purchases ($100 Cash Refund Limit)    
  • Corporate Check on Check Purchases (Over $100)     
  • Credit Card & Charge Account Purchases Refundable to Account 
  • Allow up to 10 Days to for Corporate Checks to be processed
  • Thank you for keeping your receipt. It helps us insure fast accurate returns.
  • Check Purchases - there is a 10-14 day waiting period before cash can be refunded

REFUNDS WITHOUT RECEIPTS

  • Please show cashier proper ID.
  • Cashiers are required to enter your name, street address (please no P.O. Box #’s), phone number, and drivers license number.
  • Payments will be made at our lowest sale price.
  • Photo ID Required

Payment to Customer

  • Gift Card or Cash - Up to $20.
  • Over $20 but under $50 - Gift Card or Corporate Check
  • Over $50 - Corporate Check
  • Allow up to 10 Days to for Corporate Checks to be processed
Items we can’t identify by Sku, UPC or factory part number are not refundable.
